Assigns a Senior Energy Official (SEO) for any response involving the deployment of the DOE/NNSA emergency response assets. The SEO will integrate into an appropriate position in the IC/UC and is responsible for the coordination and employment of these assets at the scene of a radiological event. The deployed assets will work in support of and under the direction of the SEO.
