In the event that DHS assumes overall management of the Federal response under HSPD-5 to an accidental or inadvertent incident involving NASA space vehicles, NASA will support DHS under the NRF and NIMS, including acting as the coordinating agency for this annex. NASA will manage the response within the boundaries of the NSA.
