Advisory Team for Environment, Food, and Health – The Advisory Team includes representatives from EPA, the Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and other Federal agencies. The Advisory Team develops coordinated advice and recommendations on environmental, food, health, and animal health matters for the Incident Command/Unified Command (IC/UC), DHS, the Joint Federal Office (JFO) Unified Coordination Group, the coordinating agency, and/or State, tribal, and local governments, as appropriate. The Advisory Team uses information provided by the IMAAC, FRMAC, and other relevant sources.
